Responsibilities

Analysis of the current situation, development and documentation of target, solution, and implementation scenarios for passive infrastructure, collection and qualification of requirements, evaluation of action options, roadmaps, and target architectures, as well as technical consulting on IT guidelines, procedures, and technological solutions.

• Profound experience in the analysis, design, and implementation of IT operating models with a specific relation to IT networks (at least 3 references)
• Profound experience in the design and implementation of IT strategy projects with relevant relation to change processes in the context of technology, processes, organization (at least 3 references)
• Demonstrable experience in conducting structured current state analyses to evaluate the (passive) network infrastructure and derive functional target states in the context of complex IT landscapes. (Principal > 7 years of experience)
• Demonstrable responsibility for the development of strategic solution options for the further development of infrastructure or network domains (Principal > 7 years of experience)
• Profound experience in the design and implementation of product portfolio development projects with relevant relation to change processes in the context of technology, processes, organization (at least 3 references)
• Demonstrable experience in the creation and updating of roadmaps for the implementation of infrastructural transformation initiatives (Principal > 7 years of experience)
• Demonstrable experience in knowledge transfer through the creation of technical templates and work foundations for the independent continuation of analysis and conception tasks. (Principal > 7 years of experience)
• Demonstrable experience in developing technical recommendations for action to upgrade existing infrastructure sites based on analyzed initial situations. (at least 1 reference)
• Demonstrable knowledge from change projects for the introduction of new operating models with a focus on technological product portfolio. (3 reference projects from two different industries) (at least 3 references)
• Demonstrable experience in creating decision bases for the selection of infrastructural solution variants. (Principal > 7 years of experience)
• Demonstrable experience in the management and communication of stakeholders, especially at management level, e.g., CIO; Management; COO, other C-level (Principal > 7 years of experience)
