What the position involves

Reporting to the IT Department's (DSI) performance management domain, the IT Contract Manager is involved in the entire lifecycle of IT contracts. They support the DSI's specifiers, contribute to contractual strategy and consultations, and work in coordination with the Procurement and Legal teams. You will ensure the monitoring of assigned contracts: indicators, penalties, consumption, savings, deadlines, governance, and action plans. You will ensure the application of clauses, maintain contractual documents and reporting, and organize associated committees.

You will also manage the monitoring of tenders from the DSI side and contribute to the formalization and continuous improvement of Contract Management processes and tools. The position is based in Saint-Denis, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Key skills / What we are looking for

• Mastery of IT department operations and knowledge of its information system and context.
• Expertise in IT Contract Management and experience in managing IT projects within an IT department.
• Specialist level in procurement processes: consultations, framework agreements, and public procurement.
• Proficiency in office tools, deadline tracking, and committee organization.
• Training or proven experience in using Claude or an equivalent generative artificial intelligence tool.
• Autonomy, rigor, adaptability, proactivity, and excellent written and oral communication skills in French.
