- Leading complex IT projects for the implementation of SaaS solutions and cloud applications in the AWS environment;
- Managing international implementation service providers as well as operational contract, performance, and claims management;
- Monitoring SLAs, change requests, and quality reporting to ensure contractually agreed services;
- Establishing and managing agile software release processes at the interface between development and service providers.
