The mission consists of assisting the French management manager and the French financial production manager in implementing the project to map accounting spillover processes and associated malfunctions.
Within the Savings scope, accounting data originates from several management systems through multiple spillover chains with multiple interactions depending on product specificities.
Missions
The service consists, as program manager, of:
Tools & Environment
- Ensuring progress reporting to management (budget, planning, progress...)
- Defining, monitoring, and adjusting the action plan as needed based on progress and priorities given by the sponsors
- Organizing workshops and the work of contributing teams (Finance, IT, Management...)
- Being proactive with sponsors on the various aspects of the program
- Understanding of management / finance processes with, if possible, knowledge of the ecosystem of a major insurance player
