IT Project Coordinator / Business Analyst

Project overview

For an established insurance company, we are looking for an experienced IT Project Coordinator and Business Analyst (m/f/d) to coordinate and manage print projects.

In this role, you will act as the interface between business departments and IT development. You will coordinate print work packages, manage their implementation, and regularly report to project management. You will integrate print requirements into existing system and process landscapes and conceptualize corresponding functional specifications, considering both business and technical aspects.

Another focus is on test management: you will plan, coordinate, and conduct tests, document results, and follow up on deviations. Furthermore, you will work closely with business departments and IT, create process diagrams, and update process descriptions.

We expect sound experience in IT project coordination or business analysis, ideally from the insurance industry. Knowledge of print and output management, as well as the integration of print requirements into system landscapes, is essential. You should be confident in creating and adapting functional specifications, managing work packages, and performing project reporting.

Technical test management know-how is required – from test planning and execution to results documentation. Finally, you should have experience in coordinating between business departments and IT, as well as in creating and revising process documentation.
