For an exciting project at a bank in Frankfurt, an IT Project Manager for a cash flow tool in the Real Estate sector is sought.

Required Skills:

Desirable Skills:

• Several years of experience in managing complex IT projects
• Experience in selecting, evaluating, and implementing software solutions
• Good understanding of IT architectures, system integrations, and interfaces
• Experience in managing interdisciplinary teams as well as external service providers and manufacturers
• Knowledge of the banking environment and relevant regulatory requirements
• Strong communication, moderation, and stakeholder management skills
• Organizational and process understanding of a financial institution / regional bank. Ideally of the bank
• Project management certification
• Experience with Predium and/or SAP

Responsibilities

Takeover of the IT management for the project "Cash Flow Tool Real Estate Finance" Responsible steering of the IT side in the project from an results, resources, and budget perspective

Project Period: 04.11.2026 – 31.12.2027 (+ option for extension)

Volume: 30 PT (in 2026), 90 PT (in 2027)

• Planning and control of the product selection process
• Creation and coordination of evaluation and decision criteria
• Coordination of product presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concept activities
• Analysis of the target architecture and evaluation of relevant interfaces
• Identification and management of risks, dependencies, and prerequisites for implementation
• Derivation of the target operating model
• Creation of an effort estimate, roadmap, and rough plan for the implementation phase
• Preparation of management and decision proposals for product selection
• Stakeholder management between the business unit, IT, architecture, security, and purchasing
• Execution and management of the selection of a suitable cash flow tool for Real Estate Finance
• technical evaluation of potential products regarding functionality, architecture, integration capability, operating model, and regulatory requirements
• Creation of a robust target picture as well as planning and preparation of the subsequent implementation project
• Development of decision bases for management and steering committees
