As part of an IT system transformation project involving the migration of several applications, we are seeking an IT Project Manager to ensure operational management and coordination of work within a defined application scope.

Working closely with product teams, Data Migration and Certification teams, and various project stakeholders, the consultant will be responsible for monitoring the progress of the applications concerned, coordinating testing phases, and contributing to the preparation of cutover operations.

They will also manage anomalies, risks, and points of attention, while ensuring regular progress reporting to stakeholders.

We are looking for an IT Project Manager with proven experience in managing application or IT transformation projects.

They must be capable of coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders, structuring and tracking schedules, managing testing activities, and contributing to the preparation of migration and cutover operations.

Good organizational, synthesis, and communication skills will be essential for ensuring the operational monitoring of their scope and effectively alerting on encountered risks and difficulties.

• Define, build, and track progress schedules for assigned applications.
• Coordinate the various stakeholders involved in the work.
• Organize and coordinate testing activities with the Data Migration and Certification teams.
• Contribute to the analysis of operational anomalies identified within their application scope.
• Track anomalies and associated action plans.
• Monitor dependencies and potential blocking points.
• Participate in drafting cutover scenarios for their scope.
• Contribute to preparing the schedule for Certification loading.
• Participate in preparing the actual cutover for the scope of other Central Hubs.
• Track the progress of work and milestones.
• Identify and report risks, difficulties, and points of attention.
• Provide regular reporting to project managers and stakeholders.
