Profile sought
You have a BAC+4/5 level degree and at least 10 years of experience in IT project management, ideally in banking or finance. You have mastered project steering (scoping, coordination, organization, monitoring), financial and accounting reporting, as well as risks and quality. You know how to translate business needs into specifications and communicate with both business analysis and development teams. You are comfortable leading workshops and meetings. Leadership, listening skills, and clear communication make the difference.

- Frame the program with clients from the financial department: trajectory, short and long-term scope.
- Identify participants, stakeholders, and contributors.
- Define the workstreams to be launched, with their intermediate and final deliverables.
- Organize and launch committee meetings: presentation materials, minutes.
- Build the roadmap, monitor risks and budget.
- Participate in IT project process instances.
- Lead or co-lead project workshops.
- Ensure the interface between business analysis and development teams.
