We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager (m/f/d) for our client to manage the overarching control of a strategic ERP transformation.

As part of replacing the existing SAP R/3 landscape, central commercial processes will be distributed across several specialized applications. These include in particular:

The goal of the role is the successful coordination and alignment of the various sub-projects, including interfaces, master data, roles and authorization concepts, as well as the joint go-live on 01.01.2028.

• SAP Business One for finance, accounting, and controlling
• a Source-to-Pay solution for procurement and purchasing processes
• a payroll solution for HR and payroll processes

Responsibilities

Profile

• Overall project management and coordination of the SAP R/3 replacement
• Coordination of the sub-projects SAP Business One, Source-to-Pay, and Payroll
• Management of internal stakeholders and external implementation partners
• Moderation of project meetings, workshops, and decision-making bodies
• Ensuring a consistent data, process, and system landscape
• Prioritization of project-critical requirements and decisions
• Risk management and resource control
• Support of organizational changes and change management measures
• Reporting to management and executive board
• Creation and maintenance of project documentation

Requirements

The Offer

• Several years of experience as an IT Project Manager or Program Manager
• Experience with ERP implementations, ERP migrations, or transformation projects
• Good understanding of commercial business processes
• Experience in managing complex stakeholder landscapes
• Strong communication, moderation, and conflict resolution skills
• German language skills at a business fluent level

We are looking for a pragmatic and assertive personality with high social competence. In addition to technical and organizational understanding, strong communication skills, moderation ability, and a confident demeanor towards specialist departments, service providers, and management are particularly in demand.

• Experience with SAP Business One
• Experience in replacing SAP systems
• Knowledge of Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, or purchasing processes
• Knowledge in the areas of Finance, Controlling, or Payroll
• Experience in Change Management
