Our client, an IT consulting firm, realizes complex software projects and supports companies with digital transformation. We are looking for an IT Project Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen the team starting immediately.

• Location: Up to 100% remote possible (client is based in Hennef)
• Utilization: Full-time
• Project Management: Independent management and coordination of IT and software projects throughout their entire lifecycle – from conception to go-live.
• Agile & Classic Management: Application of suitable project methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Prince2, PMBOK) adapted to the respective customer requirements.
• Resource & Budget Planning: Creation of project plans, time and cost calculations, as well as continuous controlling of progress, quality, and risks.
• Interface Management: Primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and the interdisciplinary team of architecture and development.
• Moderation & Change: Moderation of workshops, sprint meetings, and reviews, as well as support for change processes at the client's site.
• Experience: Sound, multi-year professional experience in managing technical IT and software development projects (as Project Lead, Scrum Master, or Product Owner).
• Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., PSM/PSPO, PMP, PRINCE2).
• Technical Understanding: Very good understanding of modern software architectures and development processes to communicate at eye level with developers and architects. (No deep coding required)
• Method & Tool Competence: Confident use of common project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, solution orientation, as well as structured and self-responsible action.
• Language Skills: Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken.
