Job description
We are looking for an IT Requirements Manager with experience in Risk Management and Information Security Management for a project starting in January 2027, with the option for extension. The role is full-time and initially requires onsite presence in Wiesbaden for the first 6 months, with potential for remote work afterwards.
Project overview
For our client, we are looking for an IT Requirements Manager (m/f/d) Risk Management & Information Security Management starting from 01/2027 for an estimated duration until 12/2027 with the option for extension. The project is planned as full-time. The assignment will take place entirely on-site in Wiesbaden for the first 6 months and can then be done remotely by arrangement.

Responsibilities
Coordination with the project in bi-weekly Jour Fixes via video conference
- Creation, maintenance, and documentation of requirements in HP ALM
- Requirements analysis
- Communication between participants as well as the service provider and the client's internal business departments
- Coordination with the software supplier as part of a weekly telephone exchange
- Coordination of requirements with business departments and participant projects at regular intervals (in-person meeting or video conference)
- Preparation, execution, and follow-up of these meetings
- Creation and maintenance of documentation (e.g., work processes, meeting minutes, requirements, orders)
- Creation of Confluence pages
- Creation and processing of tasks in Gitlab (Kanban board)
- Creation and processing of Jira tasks
- Creation of User Stories
- Creation of security concepts
- Creation of operational concepts
- Creation of disaster and recovery concepts
- Analysis of XML messages
