Develop and implement security strategy and policies, including building and maintaining an ISMS. Manage cyber, IT, and cloud security, risk management, and identity and access management.
Project overview
Develop and implement security strategy & policies, including building and maintaining an ISMS.
Manage Cyber, IT, and Cloud Security: Threat analysis with the help of the established SOC,
Risk Management & Cyber Intelligence: Identify, assess risks and prioritize measures.
Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM), including machine identities and Zero Trust approaches.
Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with NIS2, TISAX, ISO 2700x, GDPR, KRITIS or industry-specific requirements.
Incident Response: Define and lead processes for detection, containment, and recovery.
Awareness & Training: Promote security culture, develop training programs.
Consulting Management: Clearly present security risks and integrate them into business decisions.
Collaborate with external partners such as authorities, industry organizations, and service providers.
Protect own AI systems from prompt injection, data leakage, and shadow IT.
Balance between security and agility of modern business processes
Requirements
Certifications (often expected):
CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH
TISP (Teletrust), ISO 27001 Lead Auditor
