For a client in Munich-Karlsfeld, we are currently looking for two

IT Service Technicians / Rollout (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Delivery and commissioning of various device types, including maintenance of tickets and data in the customer system
• Transfer of data from old devices and collection of old devices, including ticket and data maintenance
• Installation, configuration, and personalization of end devices
• Technical escalation management
• Order coordination with customers and workflow monitoring in the customer system
• Appointment coordination with end-users
• Maintenance of status and documentation in the leading ticket and asset systems
• Compliance with agreed service levels and times with the support of internal order coordination
• Creation, coordination, and planning of service deployments
• Optimization of existing processes
• Support of the team leader
• Ensuring all contractually agreed SLAs and high customer satisfaction
• Independent execution of all service activities according to specifications
• Participation in hardware refresh projects in a production environment
• Replacement of the existing Windows client infrastructure
• Timely resolution of software and hardware faults

Requirements

Reference: 26-1450

• Sound knowledge of current Windows client operating systems (Windows 10/11)
• Sound technical knowledge, ideally in on-site service or user support
• Experience in IT rollout
• Confident use of MS Office as well as customer-specific software and production environments
• Confident demeanor towards clients and customers
• Careful and appropriate communication with customers
• Structured way of working based on tickets and RFS
• Teamwork skills
• Good German skills, ideally also English skills, spoken and written
• Mobility (driver's license class B/BE or 3)
