Assignment description

We are looking for a Senior IT Stream Lead for an assignment responsible for leading the IT stream during the implementation of a new electronic health record system in Sweden and Denmark.

You are responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving the project's technical implementation from mobilization to go-live and handover to operations. The assignment includes technical project planning, supplier management, integrations and APIs, environments, IAM and permissions, information security, technical testing and readiness, go-live, hypercare, and transition to operations.

The assignment also includes leading the planning and execution of digital migration for information where possible, as well as leading the move from the existing archive to a new or existing archive solution.

The role works closely with project management, the system and configuration stream, the business implementation managers, information security, IT operations, and the selected system supplier.

The core of the assignment is to take overall ownership of the IT stream and ensure that technical prerequisites, deliveries, and decisions are in place before pilot and each go-live.

• You have at least 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• You have documented experience of complex SaaS and business system implementations.
• Experience with electronic health record systems.
• Experience from healthcare and social care or other regulated activities.
