IT Support Specialist / IT Administrator

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist / IT Administrator (m/f/d) to support our team in the area of Asset & Configuration Management. This long-term position offers an exciting combination of IT support, user consulting, asset management, and administration.

Responsibilities

You will advise users on client hardware, mobile devices, and multifunction devices. You will record and clarify user requirements. Processing and tracking tickets in the IT Service Management system is one of your core tasks. You will manage and maintain IT assets as well as associated location and user data. Furthermore, you will assist with inventories as well as warehouse and transport tasks, create documentation and reports, and participate in process optimization.

Requirements

You have experience in IT support, service desk, or a comparable position. Good knowledge of client hardware, mobile devices, and printer/multifunction systems is required. Experience with ticketing systems such as OTRS or comparable ITSM solutions, as well as asset management and inventory management, is necessary. You have very good Microsoft Office skills, can create documentation and evaluations, and work in a structured, careful, and service-oriented manner. Excellent German skills (C2) and good English skills (at least B1) are required.

Desirable are a qualification as an IT specialist, ITIL Foundation certification, and experience with asset management systems.
