For one of our clients in the public sector, XMB Group SA is looking for an experienced IT technical project manager for infrastructure, platforms, data, cloud, cybersecurity, or technical modernization projects. The mission is planned as part of a tender procedure and is subject to award.

• Lead IT technical projects in all their dimensions: scope, costs, deadlines, quality, risks, security, and availability.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate projects for infrastructure, platforms, data, cloud, cybersecurity, or evolution of technical environments.
• Coordinate systems, networks, security, databases, operations, support teams, and external service providers.
• Identify and manage technical risks, dependencies, IT impacts, and trade-offs.
• Prepare, coordinate, and supervise go-lives, migrations, cutovers, and rollback plans.
• Organize technical validations, technical acceptance testing, and transitions to operations.
• Create and maintain project documentation, HERMES, and technical documentation.
• Implement steering indicators: progress, costs, deadlines, risks, quality, and performance.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing comparable technical projects.
• At least 2 comparable references of more than 12 months each.
• French C2 mandatory.
• Technical English B2 minimum.
• Clean criminal record.
• Minimum availability of 12 months.
• Agreement to be named in the bid and to sign a commitment letter.
• Agreement for verification of CV, diplomas/certifications, and at least one professional experience.
• Degree from HES, university, EPF in IT/engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience in the public sector or a large organization.
• Very good understanding of technical architectures: systems, networks, security, databases, cloud.
• Experience coordinating multiple technical teams and service providers.
• Proficiency in project management tools: planning, reporting, indicators, dashboards, risk management.
• Knowledge of ITIL and IT infrastructure/service governance.
• HERMES, PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA certification or equivalent.
• Experience with projects in agile or hybrid mode.
