IT Technician

Project overview

Activities:

• Configuration, installation, and commissioning of SINA Mobile Workstations
• Testing of devices, performing functional and quality tests, and transport-secure packaging
• Retrieval and maintenance of relevant device and order data in the ticket and merchandise management system
• Prioritization and coordination of incoming SINA requests and orders
• Commissioning of devices and associated accessories
• Recording of token data and creation of required accompanying documentation
• Handover of fully prepared devices to the responsible issuing office
• Documentation and tracking of all work steps in the systems used

Requirements

• Completed IT training or at least one year of practical experience in an IT environment within the last three years
• Experience with ticket systems or comparable documentation and workflow systems
• Basic network knowledge and experience in resolving simple network problems
• Confident use of Outlook and common MS Office applications
• Experience in professional cabling and connection of IT hardware
• Experience in independently processing IT tickets and finding solutions in direct user contact
• Experience in independent installation, maintenance, repair, and upgrading of hardware and software
