Our client is an international group with a presence in several European countries.

As part of a strategic, Europe-wide transformation program, the group is undertaking a major modernization of its information systems and business platforms.

This program involves approximately 150 employees, primarily from Product, Tech, and Delivery teams.

The environment combines the complexity of a large international group with a pragmatic work culture, relatively short decision-making processes, and strong operational involvement from management teams.

Your mission: lead a strategic, Europe-wide migration, transforming a complex program into a clear, controlled, and concrete execution plan.

As part of an organizational evolution, our client is seeking an experienced migration project management profile to take charge of coordinating migrations and change management within a major transformation program.

The challenge is to gradually transition several thousand clients from legacy systems to a new European platform, while ensuring operational continuity and the proper adaptation of local processes.

You will be involved at a pivotal moment in the program, as the teams prepare for the final phases of development, testing, and migration.

Responsibilities

• Structure and lead the migration strategy: build and maintain a consolidated vision of the program's various stages, coordinating development, testing, country preparation, client migrations, and change management actions.
• Orchestrate teams and stakeholders: coordinate Product, Tech, Delivery, Migration, and Change Management teams, with particular attention to interdependencies and critical deadlines.
• Resolve operational issues: identify functional or organizational blockages, understand their technical implications, and propose concrete decisions. Your role goes far beyond schedule tracking: you take ownership of issues to move them forward.
• Manage and structure teams: manage migration project managers and change management teams spread across several European countries, clarify responsibilities, and implement effective management methods.
• Secure execution and reporting: anticipate risks, track migration indicators, produce actionable summaries, and ensure regular communication with program management and governance bodies.
• Support change deployment: ensure a consistent approach across countries, facilitate the adoption of new tools and processes, and coordinate communication and preparation actions for business teams.
