An agro-food company is looking for an experienced Ivalua expert to support their teams long-term. The client wants to meet a true specialist of the solution, with in-depth mastery of its modules and configuration possibilities.
The consultant must be able to work autonomously on functional and technical topics related to Ivalua, from needs analysis to configuration, testing, and user support.

Experience in the agro-food, industrial, distribution, or multi-site group sectors would be particularly appreciated, to facilitate understanding of purchasing, supplier, and cross-functional process challenges in an environment close to the client's.
Expected Application
- Master and evolve the Ivalua scope used by the client.
- Analyze purchasing processes and gather business team needs.
- Translate these needs into functional solutions and appropriate configurations.
- Perform advanced platform configurations: workflows, business rules, forms, repositories, roles and rights, notifications, and validation circuits.
- Work on the relevant modules: supplier management, sourcing, contracts, e-procurement, orders, invoicing, payments, spend analysis, and request management.
- Diagnose complex anomalies and ensure their resolution or follow-up with the relevant contacts.
- Contribute to data quality, interfaces, and exchanges between Ivalua and the information system.
- Prepare and execute tests, document changes, and support production deployments.
- Advise teams on best practices and the possibilities offered by the solution.
- Support users and contribute to skills transfer.
- Years of experience with Ivalua and missions performed.
- Modules used and level of mastery of each.
