Seeking a Job Coach for the Gera location to support individuals with a migration background in their integration into the German labor market through various coaching measures.

We are looking for a Job Coach (m/f/d) to strengthen our team at our Gera location.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for guiding participants with a migration background towards the training and job market within the scope of various measures, such as job-related coaching with German, individual active coaching, and compact coaching. In individual training sessions, you will support participants with integration and, if necessary, re-entry into employment, break down language barriers, and thus improve their employability. Documenting your work is an integral part of this.
Requirements
For this role, we expect a vocational qualification or a completed degree in education, as well as experience in imparting job-specific knowledge. You naturally enjoy working with the target group, have experience in application training, and possess communication skills, flexibility, and commitment.
Start immediately or as soon as possible on a fee-for-service basis with a flexible number of hours (between 4 and 16 hours per week) and initially limited to the duration of the measure.
