Provide support to the department manager, domain holders, and technical specialists of the IOB department by assisting with IT project reporting, technical solution research, and documentation.
Project overview
Provide support to the department manager, domain holders, and technical specialists of the IOB department.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Collect and merge progress reports from IT projects
- Research technical solutions for the various domains
- Test proposed technical solutions
- Provide technical research information
- Contribute to the preparation of technical documentation that substantiates advice
- Keep track of the activities and project planning
- WO diploma
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an IT process supporter, for example in an infrastructure or management department
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps
- Proven experience in supporting and analyzing IT processes or IT-related issues
- Preferred: experience with similar assignments within the government
- Preferred: a certificate in information security, for example CISSP, CISM, CISA or ISFS
- Preferred: experience with project planning, progress monitoring, reporting, and risk management
- Preferred: certificates Professional Scrum Product Owner I and Professional Scrum Master I
