Junior IT Supporter (22181 / Contract-to-Hire)

Task

For one of our clients, we are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented personality as a Junior IT Supporter.

In this versatile role, you will support users in daily IT operations, ensure a reliable IT infrastructure, and participate in exciting IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, prioritizing, and processing IT support requests
• On-site first-level support and assisting users with technical problems
• Managing Windows clients, end devices, and Microsoft 365 environments
• User and authorization management with Microsoft Entra ID and Intune
• Support in operating the printer, server, and network infrastructure
• Participation in IT projects and implementation of new IT solutions
• Maintaining IT documentation and optimizing support processes
• Analyzing recurring issues and coordinating escalations

Requirements

Project duration

6 months, followed by internalization at the client

• Completed IT education (EFZ) or comparable IT knowledge
• Initial professional experience in IT support or system operations
• Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and endpoint management
• Experience with ticketing systems and basic knowledge of network and printer infrastructures
• Knowledge of audio-visual infrastructure is an advantage
• Enjoy direct contact with users and willingness to continuously develop
• Very good German language skills
• Interest in permanent employment after the 6-month project assignment through IQ PLUS
