Junior Supervisor Construction (secondment)

Project overview

The assignment includes supervising compliance with environmental permits for construction, demolition, and renovation projects.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Carrying out integrated checks on the construction site and assessing permit documents such as drawings and floor plans
• Assessing risks for deviations from the permit that are identified
• Preparing control reports and letters to record agreements made
• Handling complaints and collaborating with legal experts on enforcement matters
• Advising the board and management on technical and procedural enforcement issues
• Acting as a point of contact for colleagues, external parties, entrepreneurs, and citizens
• Participating in meetings and contributing case studies to support the department
• Contributing to process improvements and organizing knowledge sessions
• Carrying out site visits and checking against the Building Decree, the Housing Act, and other regulations
• Reporting findings in the case management system used
• Availability from November 25 for an average of 32 to 36 hours per week for the full assignment
• Completed construction-related education at a minimum HBO bachelor level
• At least 1 year of experience, gained in the last 3 years as an employee or intern, with construction drawings, execution plans, and detail drawings at a municipality, environmental agency, or similar government organization
• Familiarity with the Building Decree and the Housing Act
• Experience with the Rx.Mission application or comparable case or registration systems
• Skills in communication, analytical ability, judgment, collaboration, proactivity, integrity, and customer focus
