Lead Identity & Access Management (IAM) Architect

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced IAM specialist to lead the design and implementation of modern identity solutions in hybrid and cloud environments. In this role, you will strategically design and further develop the identity architecture.

Your main tasks include the conception and management of identity orchestration workflows, including provisioning, access governance, and conditional access. You will drive the adoption of modern identity platforms and ensure that secure and scalable identity federation and single sign-on function across internal and external applications.

You will continuously monitor and optimize the performance, availability, and security of the identity services. You will provide technical support and mentoring to your IAM team and contribute to its professional growth.

By collaborating closely with product owners and stakeholders, you will prioritize features, manage backlogs, and deliver measurable business results. You will always stay up-to-date with product development and best practices.
