As a legal advisor, you will handle objection and appeal procedures within environmental law.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Handling complex objection and appeal procedures
- Drafting procedural files and defense statements
- Representing the executive boards during procedures and hearings
- Providing legal advice to internal and external stakeholders
- Advising on environmental law
- Acting as a point of contact for colleagues on legal issues
- Contributing to the quality of legal products and services
- Mastering new laws and regulations and advising on them
- Completed education at a minimum HBO bachelor level
- At least 3 years of experience, gained in the last 5 years, as a legal advisor for objections and appeals in the field of environmental law
- At least 3 years of experience within the last 5 years, gained at a municipality and/or environmental agency
- Analytical ability
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Persuasiveness
- Political and administrative sensitivity
- Stress resistance
