- Handling complex objection and appeal cases
- Drafting files and defense statements for these procedures
- Acting on behalf of the executive board in hearings and appeal procedures
- Providing legal advice to both internal and external stakeholders
- Advising on issues in the field of environmental law
- Acting as a point of contact for colleagues on legal matters
- Contributing to the improvement of legal products and services
- Quickly familiarizing yourself with new laws and regulations and advising on them
- Completed education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the last 5 years as a legal officer for objections and appeals within environmental law, with a concrete example
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the last 5 years at a municipality and/or environmental agency, with a concrete example
- Use of own IT resources (laptop, phone) according to the Bring Your Own Device principle
