Seeking a Legal Quality Officer with at least 2 years of experience in municipal enforcement or APV and special laws. The role involves advising colleagues, handling Woo requests, quality control, and supporting enforcement officers.
Project overview
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Advising colleagues on decisions and proposed decisions to be made
- Handling Woo requests within your own area of expertise
- Performing quality checks on permit and supervision files and analyzing objection and appeal cases
- Supporting the (informal) handling of letters of objection
- Supporting supervisors, enforcers, and permit issuers with legal quality issues and checking whether files and work processes comply with laws and regulations
- Contributing to improvements of work processes and drafting or adapting standard letters and work processes
- Completed legal study at least at HBO bachelor level
- At least 2 years of work experience, gained within the last 8 years, as a legal officer at a municipality in the field of enforcement or APV and special laws
- Preferably a completed WO master's degree in a legal field
- Preferably at least 4 years of work experience as a legal officer in the field of enforcement or APV and special laws
- Experience with objection and appeal cases
- Experience with implementing new laws and regulations and with administrative enforcement
