Project:

We are looking for an experienced M365 Specialist to holistically manage the Microsoft 365 environment, with a focus on Purview, Security, Compliance, and Governance, including the configuration of Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for operation, administration, and development of the Microsoft 365 environment
• Conception and implementation of governance, security, and compliance policies
• Setup, configuration, and operation of Microsoft Purview
• Configuration and governance integration of Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365
• Creation and maintenance of policies, processes, and documentation in the M365 Security area
• 2nd/3rd level support, error analysis, and troubleshooting in the M365 environment

• Sound practical experience with Microsoft Purview
• Sound experience in the implementation and configuration of governance, security, or compliance settings in Microsoft 365
• Demonstrable experience in the configuration of governance, security, or compliance
• Understanding of data protection and compliance requirements and their technical implementation
• German fluent (C1 / C2 level)
• English at B2 level would be desirable
