As an interim ICT Manager, you will lead the ICT department of a healthcare organization in the East of the Netherlands.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Managing a team of approximately ten employees, including functional management and service desk, supplemented by external specialists
- Reporting to the management board on the department's progress
- Further developing the team in terms of people and processes
- Professionalizing work processes and internal communication
- Strengthening the connection between ICT, the organization, and strategic objectives
- Managing the departmental budget
- Managing suppliers and monitoring service level agreements
- Participating in steering committees for organization-wide projects
- Proven experience as an (interim) ICT manager, preferably gained within the healthcare sector
- Strong skills in people management, team development, and change processes
- Experience with optimizing ICT processes and service management
- Connecting and communicative personality, also across departments
- Experience with the implementation of healthcare applications such as EPD and planning software, preferably within the VVT
- Mastery of situational leadership, with a style that matches the organization, team, and individual
