For a long-term project, we are looking for an experienced Matrix42 Technical Consultant / Administrator to support, administer, and further develop the existing Matrix42 environment. The focus is on configuring Matrix42 modules, system integration, and support in ongoing IT operations.

- Installation, administration, maintenance, and configuration of the Matrix42 system environment
- Support and customization of the Service Desk, Service Catalog, Asset Management, and Contract Management modules
- Integration of new hardware and software as well as provision of new functions
- Processing of support requests, error analysis, documentation, and coordination with manufacturer support
