Mechanical Engineer

Project overview

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer for our location in Schleswig-Holstein. In this role, you will develop, calculate, and design mechanical assemblies and components for innovative new developments. You will optimize existing products considering functionality, quality, and economic efficiency, and create and evaluate mechanical concepts and technical solution approaches.

Your tasks include carrying out verification and validation measures to ensure product requirements, as well as creating and maintaining development, design, and test documentation. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams from development, manufacturing, quality assurance, and product management, and consider relevant internal and external norms, guidelines, and standards in the development process.

You have successfully completed a degree, preferably in mechanical engineering, precision engineering, plastics engineering, or a comparable field. Professional experience in the development and design of mechanical components and assemblies is desirable. You have knowledge in performing technical calculations as well as in using common CAD systems and work in a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented manner. Teamwork and strong communication skills are a matter of course for you. Good German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
