For an exciting customer project, we are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Consultant with a focus on adoption, change management, and user enablement.

The focus is on the operational support of a Microsoft 365 rollout as well as the independent conception and implementation of target group-oriented training and communication measures.

• Operational support of the Microsoft 365 rollout with a focus on Teams and Exchange Hybrid
• Conception and implementation of measures for user enablement and user acceptance
• Creation of training materials, communication materials, playbooks, and user guides
• Preparation of further M365 expansion stages (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Copilot)
• Development of target group-specific training and communication formats
• Technical coordination with relevant stakeholders
• Identification and documentation of risks and optimization potentials
• Sound experience in the Microsoft 365 environment
• Project experience in M365 adoption, change management, or user enablement
• Strong competence in creating training, communication, and documentation materials
• Experience in the operational implementation of rollout and enablement measures
• Independent, structured, and practice-oriented way of working
• German at native level
• Location: 100% Remote
• Utilization: approx. 2 days/week (approx. 43 days)
• Project start: November 2026
• Project end: April 2027
