Context

As part of supporting the modernization of the IS, our teams need to structure and develop the automation of Network Operations.

Within the Infrastructure Department, the Methodology Expert in Automation contributes to the availability, security, and automation of the company's network infrastructures.

A true technical referent, they work on strategic and structuring topics related to the network, perimeter security, and network architectures. They also play a role in coordinating and prioritizing the team's operational activities to ensure service quality and risk management.

They support the Network Operations Manager in technical decision-making, work planning, and continuous process improvement.

Work Environment

• Ensure the availability, performance, and resilience of network infrastructures.
• Define and maintain network and security technical standards.
• Manage hardware and software updates for network and security equipment.
• Organize and monitor remediation plans related to vulnerabilities and security flaws.
• Act as the technical referent for complex and critical issues.
• Plan and coordinate RUN automation activities for the department.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational procedures.
• Produce and monitor performance and service quality indicators related to automation.
• Participate in the development of the network and security roadmap regarding Run automation.
• Identify technical risks and propose associated action plans related to automation.
• Support the skills development of the teams.
• Provide advisory services to technical teams and management.
