Seeking an on-site IT supporter to assist with user support, client setup, and troubleshooting for a client in Hamburg HafenCity, especially during peak loads or staff absences.

On-site IT Supporter - Hamburg HafenCity
For our client in ElbSide at Amerigo-Vespucci-Platz, we are looking for support as a backup during peak loads and short-term staff absences.
Responsibilities
Classic IT support around the workplace – from setting up clients and peripherals to resolving everyday hardware and software problems. No rocket science, but practical help for the users on-site.
What you bring:
High customer and service orientation as well as a friendly, committed demeanor
Practical IT experience, for example from IT projects, rollouts, or migrations
Good German and English skills for direct user contact
Reliability and flexibility for occasional substitute assignments
Career changers with relevant IT experience are explicitly welcome!
Budget: An hourly rate of €32/h is available for the assignment with flexible time management.
