Onboarding Trainer Wanted

Project overview

We are expanding our supply model in cooperation with local opticians in West Germany and are looking for dedicated eye care specialists to support us as Onboarding Trainers and take responsibility for training local optician partners.

Responsibilities

As the central point of contact, you will be responsible for the onboarding and training of our optician partners. Professional onboarding on-site: Visit optician practices, introduce the team to our software solution mira (including technical setup), and train them on the correct performance of optometric examinations and the use of equipment (e.g., fundus camera, tonometer). Support and assistance: Provide independent, competent support for queries – remotely (video/phone) or physically on-site.

Impetus for product development: You will collect valuable feedback from practice and conduct user tests to continuously improve our software together with our product team.

Requirements

Completed training or degree as an optician, optometrist, or orthoptist. Enthusiasm for working with customers and for new supply models. Flexibility and willingness to travel in your region. Interest in optical, optometric, and ophthalmological further training. Confident and likeable demeanor. Affinity for and enthusiasm for digital solutions at the interface of optometry/ophthalmology. Enjoy training specialists and presenting to groups.
