- Take charge of managing variable payroll elements and ensure the production of payslips within deadlines
- Manage employee entries and exits: DPAE, contracts, amendments, final settlements
- Ensure administrative follow-up of personnel files
- Contribute to processing the current volume of recruitments
- Ensure the reliability of data entered in ADP Décidium Grandes Entreprises
- Proven experience in payroll management and personnel administration
- Imperative mastery of ADP Décidium Grandes Entreprises
- Able to ramp up quickly in a high-volume environment
- Rigor, autonomy, and reactivity are essential
