Project overview
Temporary assignment to support the Belgian payroll during a maternity replacement and a payroll project.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Manage the complete Belgian payroll process from start to finish
- Process salary administration for both blue-collar and white-collar workers
- Ensure an accurate monthly payroll closing
- Perform checks, corrections, and validations within the payroll
- Reconcile data between payroll and time registration
- Collaborate with HR colleagues and external parties
- Contribute to the optimization of payroll processes
- Support various ad-hoc projects within HR and payroll
- Proven experience with Belgian payroll administration
- Good knowledge of PC 200; knowledge of PC 336 is a plus
- Familiarity with payroll reconciliations and manual checks
- Experience collaborating with external payroll providers
- Knowledge of Workday is a plus
- Fluent command of Dutch and English; French is a plus
- Independent, pragmatic, and solution-oriented work style
