Job description
Reporting directly to the HR/Payroll team, you will be supported from your arrival to gradually build skills and gain autonomy in the entire payroll cycle and personnel administration.
Responsibilities
Time management (GTA): daily monitoring of time tracking via Horoquartz, identification and correction of anomalies, updating schedules.
Payroll cycle: entry and control of variables, preparation of files on Silae in direct contact with managers.
Personnel administration: formalization of DPAE (Declaration of Hiring), creation of hiring files, monitoring of medical visits and associated administrative obligations.

Profile sought
You are preparing or have just obtained a Bac +2 / Bac +3 degree in Human Resources, Management, or Payroll.
Experience: beginners accepted. Initial immersion (internship, work-study, or first position) in payroll or personnel administration is a plus.
Tools: initial familiarity with Silae, Horoquartz, and good command of Excel are real assets.
Soft skills: you demonstrate great rigor, a keen sense of organization, and absolute discretion with confidential data. Your curiosity and desire to learn will make all the difference.
