Project overview

As part of several HRIS transformation projects, our client is looking for a Technical Project Manager for HRIS / Payroll Interfaces with solid experience in managing integration projects and data flow management. Within a complex and multi-application environment, you will be responsible for the design, deployment, and evolution of interfaces enabling exchanges between HR, Payroll, Time Management solutions, and the various company systems.

Working closely with business teams, HR managers, technical teams, and external providers, you will gather requirements, analyze impacts, define integration solutions, and manage their implementation. You will be responsible for meeting objectives, deadlines, budget, and deliverable quality. Your main responsibilities will include facilitating requirements gathering workshops, functional analysis of HR and payroll processes, writing detailed specifications, and validating proposed technical solutions.

You will participate in defining interface architecture and ensure the application of best practices in data management and exchange. You will also manage the various qualification, testing, and deployment phases. As such, you will define test strategies, coordinate validation campaigns, track issue resolution, and secure production deployments. You will ensure business requirements are properly addressed while guaranteeing the robustness of implemented solutions. You will provide regular reporting to stakeholders and participate in project governance meetings.

Your ability to communicate with both business and technical stakeholders will be essential to ensure team alignment and the successful execution of work. Beyond technical skills, we are looking for a consultant with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of facilitating workshops, uniting multidisciplinary teams, and managing multiple projects in parallel. Profile Sought

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager for HRIS Interfaces with significant experience in managing the integration and transformation of HR information systems. The ideal candidate has a dual functional and technical background, enabling effective communication with business teams, end-users, and development teams.

You have acquired solid experience in complex HRIS environments and have worked on projects related to payroll, time and activity management (GTA), or human resources administration. You master the challenges related to data exchange between applications and have a good understanding of interface architectures and integration mechanisms.

You have previously participated in deployment, migration, or evolution projects for HRIS solutions and are capable of managing all phases: scoping, requirements analysis, design, development coordination, qualification, testing, and go-live. Experience with projects involving ADP solutions is a highly valued asset.

On the technical side, you have good knowledge of integration tools and data flows. You are comfortable with SQL queries and have ideally worked with solutions such as Talend, DataLink, or other ETL tools for populating, transforming, and synchronizing data between systems. You understand data quality, exchange security, and processing performance issues.

Beyond your technical expertise, you possess real project management skills. You know how to define a schedule, coordinate multiple stakeholders, track actions, identify risks, and implement necessary measures to ensure deadlines and project objectives are met. You are capable of managing multiple subjects simultaneously in a demanding and constantly evolving environment.
