Currently, to meet our clients' needs, we are looking for a Functional DSN Expert in Lille, France.

Context:

As part of the strategic project "Declarative Trajectory of PE", the project team is strengthening its skills to secure and optimize the integration of declarative flows. The mission aims to integrate an expert profile in the DSN (Déclaration Sociale Nominative) standard to provide in-depth technical and regulatory expertise, to make processes reliable in a complex ecosystem, and to upskill all stakeholders.

• DSN Expertise & Compliance Analysis
• Analyze existing data circuits and identify gaps compared to the DSN specifications standard (NEODeS standard).
• Ensure strict application of compliance rules, calculation algorithms, and associated controls (consistency checks, inter-block controls, blocking or non-blocking anomalies).
• Provide regulatory and technical insight into the impacts of DSN regulatory changes.
• Scoping and Business Needs Gathering
• Prepare, lead, and actively participate in scoping workshops with business, MOA, and MOE teams.
• Gather, process, and formalize functional and business needs.
• Write detailed functional specifications and model management rules adapted to the organization's specificities.
• Handle complexity related to multi-device environments and the management of atypical populations/data.
• Change Management & Skills Development
• Popularize the standard's concepts among business teams and cross-functional project teams.
• Design training materials, best practice guides, and quick reference sheets on DSN controls.
• Provide daily support to project team members to sustain internal know-how.
• In-depth mastery of the DSN standard (NEODeS technical specifications, block structures, DSN-Val controls, exchange formats).
• Solid knowledge of payroll mechanisms, social contributions (URSSAF, supplementary pensions, provident/health insurance) and associated declarations.
• Proven experience in formalizing management rules in complex ecosystems (multi-employer, multi-agreement, specific contractual situations).
• Demonstrated ability to perform flow audits and functional gap analyses.
