The pioneer will work on the implementation and safeguarding of an integrated collaboration method within the social domain, bringing together existing methodologies such as AVE, GVA, Top3, and Big5.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Building administrative, official, and societal support for the new collaboration method
- Forming and guiding a local core coalition of involved partners
- Developing and monitoring the implementation approach and translating it into practice
- Connecting organizations and stakeholders within the social domain and stimulating ownership
- Facilitating learning and improvement processes aimed at a sustainable learning structure
- Identifying and addressing bottlenecks in collaboration, steering, and execution
- Monitoring progress, results, and societal effects
- Anchoring the collaboration method in policy, processes, and management
- Working and thinking level at least HBO+/WO level
- Proven experience with complex change, program, or transition issues in the social domain
- Extensive experience in collaborating within networks and chains
- Experience with administrative advice and stakeholder management
- Administrative sensitivity and strategic insight
- Connecting and results-oriented, with proven execution power
