Project overview
Assignment Description
The CAK wants to structurally establish and anchor record management in its information management and business operations. For this, we are looking for an experienced Pioneer Record Management who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and securing an organization-wide record management process. The goal is to ensure that government information is demonstrably managed throughout its entire lifecycle, remains sustainably accessible and findable, and is timely destroyed or transferred in accordance with laws and regulations.
Client
At the CAK, we contribute to the accessibility and affordability of healthcare. More than 1.5 million people deal with us every year. With around 1,000 colleagues, we ensure that people remain insured for care, collect contributions, and pay out approximately 36 billion euros annually to healthcare providers. The human approach is our standard. Because even though our work involves a lot of numbers, processes, and data, it ultimately revolves around people.
Requirements
HBO/WO work and thinking level.
Demonstrable knowledge and experience (minimum 5 years) with record management, information management, the Archives Act, process design, and change management within the government.
Experience with implementing organization-wide processes.
Experience in an IT-intensive, complex organization.
Wishes
Experience within (semi-)public or vital organizations.
Certification in Record Management.
Experience within an independent administrative body (ZBO) or executive organization.
Competencies
Professionally expert in record management.
Strategically and analytically strong.
Administratively sensitive and connecting.
Clearly advisory and convincing.
Results-oriented and steadfast under pressure.
Additional Information
When you, as a supplier, offer a professional to us and they are placed, we will need information from you as a contracting party, including regarding the Chain Liability Act (Wet keten- en inlenersaansprakelijkheid). The 'WKA' aims to prevent abuse in the remittance of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to client. We cover these risks for our clients through a blocked account, the G-account. This is an account to which a portion of the invoice amount is deposited and from which you can pay payroll taxes and VAT to the Tax Authorities.
The percentage to be deposited depends on whether you have SNA certification (NEN-4400-1 or NEN-4400-2) and whether your company is established in the Netherlands or abroad. You can apply for the G-account from the Tax Authorities. If you cannot obtain a G-account (and you can provide proof of this from the Tax Authorities), you also have the option to submit an accountant's statement (assurance report regarding personnel lending) quarterly. In this, a certified accountant (AA or RA) will issue a statement about the correctness, completeness, and timeliness of the remittances.
Please note that the costs for this statement are at your own expense.
