You will develop a clear future vision, organize collaboration and capacity, align the organization with the administrative wishes of the participating municipalities, and explore and shape new core tasks in the field of circularity and resource policy.

Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Developing a clear future vision for AVU as a regional collaborative organization
- Organizing the necessary collaboration and capacity for the new organization
- Aligning the organization with the administrative wishes of the participating municipalities
- Exploring and shaping new core tasks in the field of circularity and resource policy
- Strengthening the position and added value of AVU for the municipalities
- Maintaining contacts at an administrative level with municipalities, administrators, and partners in the region
- Professionalizing the organization and governance
- Academic working and thinking level
- Completed education at a minimum HBO bachelor level
- At least 3 years of experience gained within a political-administrative context
- At least 2 years of experience with organizational development, change processes, or establishing collaborations
- Experience in advising administrators and political office holders
