Platform Engineer Logius Private Cloud (detach.)

Project overview

As a Platform Engineer, you will contribute to the further development and management of the Logius Private Cloud platform.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Developing and managing the Logius Cloud platform in a team within an Agile/Scrum (SAFe) structure
• Automatically deploying and testing modern DevOps components on Kubernetes
• Performing configuration management and maintenance releases
• Monitoring the running platform and resolving incidents
• Supporting application teams in using the platform
• Experience with Kubernetes as a container orchestration platform
• Experience with setting up highly automated CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in software development, both infrastructural and application-related
• Thinking and working level at HBO/WO level
• Knowledge of reverse and forward proxies, firewalls, and cloud networking
• Knowledge of database technologies, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a platform engineer
• Demonstrable knowledge of and experience with Kubernetes and containerization, minimum 5 years
• Experience with building Gitlab pipelines, minimum 5 years
• Experience with diagnosing and analyzing performance, security, and reliability issues, minimum 5 years
