Job description
The role involves creating, consolidating, and maintaining project status reports, preparing management reports, and supporting decision-making bodies. The consultant will also manage RAID lists, track actions, and maintain project plans.
Project overview
+ Creation, consolidation, and maintenance of project status reports
+ Preparation of management reports, forecasts, and progress overviews
+ Creation of decision bases for steering and management committees
+ Maintenance and further development of RAID lists (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
+ Tracking of actions, responsibilities, and deadlines
+ Maintenance of project plans including milestones and dependencies
+ Organization, preparation, and follow-up of project meetings
+ Documentation of decisions, actions, and project artifacts
+ Implementation of consistent and audit-proof project documentation
Requirements
+ Several years of experience in a PMO environment
+ Very good knowledge of classic project management methods
+ Experience in complex multi-project structures
+ Strong documentation and communication skills
+ Structured and quality-oriented way of working
+ Very good knowledge of Jira and Confluence
+ Very good German and English skills
