PMO Consultant – SAP/Windchill Interface Task Force

Responsibilities

• Project planning, milestone and action tracking
• Preparation, moderation, and documentation of project and governance meetings and workshops
• Creation of agendas and documentation of decisions, risks, issues, and actions
• Status and management reporting
• Creation and distribution of meeting minutes as well as maintenance of open item and action lists
• Setup and maintenance of structured status and management reporting
• Creation of status reports, management presentations, executive summaries, and steering committee documents
• Maintenance of KPI, risk, issue, and action dashboards
• Risk, issue, and escalation management
• Maintenance of the risk register and issue log as well as tracking of actions until completion
• Recording and consolidation of risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations
• Stakeholder and interface coordination between business and IT
• Coordination of communication and information flow between SAP, Windchill, middleware, business, and service teams
• Ensuring transparency and consistent communication across all involved organizational units

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in PMO, project management, or program management roles in complex international IT environments
• Demonstrable experience in cross-functional stakeholder management
• Experience in supporting governance boards, steering committees, and executive reporting
• Strong moderation and communication skills
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken
• Good German skills
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and project planning tools
• Experience as a Senior PMO in complex strategic transformation programs with multiple senior stakeholders
• Proactive, structured, implementation-oriented, and resilient working style

Background of the task:

An experienced PMO Consultant is sought to support the SAP/Windchill Interface Task Force at our client.

The Task Force manages and coordinates activities related to the SAP-Windchill integration landscape and handles technical, process-related, and organizational topics such as data consistency, interface processes, change implementation, and coordination between business and IT stakeholders.

The goal of the role is to support internal project management through organizational coordination, reporting, governance support, and transparency across all activities.
