PMO / Project Coordination for IT and AI Initiatives

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced project coordinator to support our IT and AI initiatives. In this role, you will act as a central coordination point and ensure the smooth running of complex projects.

Your tasks include managing project structures, tasks, and documentation in common project management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence. You will actively track open tasks, actions, deadlines, and dependencies within the IT teams and monitor project effort and time tracking. A key focus is on coordinating compliance, data protection, security, and AI governance audits.

You will coordinate with stakeholders from various areas such as AI, Data, Architecture, Security, Compliance, Legal, and Procurement. You will also prepare meetings, create agendas, and maintain minutes and action lists. The application of agile methods such as Scrum is part of your daily work.

We expect extensive experience in project coordination or in a PMO environment within the IT industry. Practical knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and agile methods is required. Familiarity with GDPR requirements as well as compliance and IT security governance processes is necessary. Experience with the EU AI Act and AI governance is advantageous. A basic understanding of technical aspects in the field of artificial intelligence is desirable.

The position is remote with occasional on-site appointments. The duration is 13 months.
