PMOPlus Expert for Strategic Test Control & End-to-End Test Coordination

Project overview

For our client, we are looking for a PMOPlus Expert (m/f/d) in the area of strategic test control & end-to-end test coordination.

Responsibilities

Must-have requirements

• Taking on a central PMO role in the context of strategic testing activities
• Control and coordination of cross-departmental end-to-end test processes
• Organization and tracking of complex test chains with numerous dependencies and interfaces
• Monitoring test progress and ensuring transparent project communication
• Coordination of all relevant stakeholders from business departments, project organization, and IT
• Planning, execution, and moderation of regular meetings, status updates, and coordination meetings
• Identification, assessment, and escalation of risks, bottlenecks, and critical dependencies
• Creation of management reports, status reports, and decision-making bases
• Ensuring effective test governance and adherence to defined processes
• Support in planning, preparation, and execution of critical test phases
• Tracking of open actions and management of cross-departmental activities
• Central point of contact for all test-relevant control and coordination topics
• Several years of experience as PMO, PMOPlus Consultant, or Test PMO
• Profound practical experience with PMOPlus (mandatory)
• Demonstrable experience in controlling complex project or test landscapes
• Experience in cross-departmental coordination of different stakeholder groups
• Strong knowledge in risk, escalation, and dependency management
• Experience in governance, reporting, and control processes
• Very structured and independent way of working
• Excellent communication and moderation skills
• Very good German language skills

For a comprehensive transformation and testing environment, we are looking for an experienced PMOPlus Expert (m/f/d) with a focus on cross-departmental control and coordination of complex testing activities.

We are explicitly looking for an experienced PMO personality, not a classic test manager, who manages test processes, stakeholders, dependencies, and governance topics in a demanding project environment. The focus is on orchestrating company-critical end-to-end test processes across multiple organizational units.

You will act as a central coordination unit, ensure transparency across all testing activities, identify risks early on, and ensure successful alignment of all involved stakeholders.
