Process Analyst Transfer Agency Transformation

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Process Analyst to support a strategic transformation program in the area of Transfer Agency. You will be working for a leading private banking and wealth management institution, focusing on the analysis and optimization of Transfer Agency operating models.

Your tasks include analyzing existing Transfer Agency processes and defining target operating models aligned with program objectives. You will gather, document, and challenge business requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews. A key focus will be on identifying process gaps, operational risks, and optimization opportunities, as well as creating high-quality process documentation and impact analyses.

You will work closely with Operations, IT, Product Development, and Program Management teams to support solution design and implementation. Furthermore, you will support testing, business readiness, and change management activities throughout the entire program lifecycle.

We expect proven experience as a Process Analyst in Asset Management, Private Banking, Fund Administration, or Transfer Agency. A strong background in large-scale business transformations, operating model redesigns, or migration programs is required. Solid understanding of Transfer Agency processes and fund management, as well as experience in complex stakeholder environments, are essential. Experience with relevant transformation programs is highly desirable.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary. Fluent English required; French is an advantage.
