Product Manager - CRM for Sales Teams, Financial Services

Context

Our client is a European player in financial services. Its internally developed CRM is used daily by over 1,000 employees across several group business lines: sales, advisors, managers, and customer service.

It is reorganizing the CRM team into multidisciplinary product squads and is looking for Product Managers to lead them starting January 2027. This offer covers two squads: sales efficiency and CRM user experience. Assignment will be based on your profile.

Mission

You will lead an autonomous squad (business analysts, developers, QA, designers) and manage the execution of the roadmap defined with the Product Owner, from discovery to adoption.

• Build the delivery plan for each priority and resolve dependencies between squad members
• Lead discovery with designers and BAs: map user journeys and data needs, identify pain points that cost sales teams the most
• Sales efficiency squad: opportunity management, alerts on clients with potential or risk, lead generation, pipeline monitoring for managers
• Experience squad: make the CRM the front-office workstation, with email, video, and telephony integrations and connections to external applications
• Break down into MVPs and get prototypes validated before development
• Prepare each production release with the business units, then monitor adoption and satisfaction
